If something is wrong with your pickup order, contact Joe's Market as soon as possible.
Food orders
Because prepared food is time-sensitive, refunds or replacements are reviewed case by case. Please call the store promptly if an order is missing, incorrect, or not as expected.
Payment corrections
If a card payment, duplicate charge, cancellation, or adjustment needs review, Joe's Market can check the order record and payment status.

Pickup responsibility
Customers are responsible for picking up orders in a timely manner. Late pickup can affect food quality and may limit refund eligibility.
